Upon purchasing any of our services, Priority Tech Solutions agrees to provide the services outlined in the chosen package, which may include Local SEO, Advanced SEO, Reputation Management, Organic Social Media Management, and other marketing solutions. The specific scope of services will depend on the selected package (Basic, Pro, or Premium) and any customizations made by the client.
For packages with customizable options, such as Organic Social Media Management, clients may select individual services according to their business needs. The final price will be determined based on the services chosen at the time of checkout and will determine the monthly subscription fee.

All subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled as described in Section 5 (Cancellation).
By purchasing through our website, you agree to provide valid credit card information or another approved payment method. Priority Tech Solutions will charge your card for the agreed-upon amount based on your selected package or subscription plan.
Payment Terms:
Month-to-Month Plans: You may cancel your plan at any time before the start of the next billing cycle. If you cancel after a payment has been processed (e.g., canceling on the 5th when your billing date is the 15th), your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be incurred after that period ends.
3-Month and 6-Month Plans: These plans require a full commitment for the selected term. You may cancel at any time before the start of the next billing cycle following the completion of your term. If you cancel during an active term, your service will continue through the remainder of the pre-paid term, and no further charges will be incurred after that.
Refunds will not be issued for services rendered or during the notice period for cancellation. If you cancel in the middle of a subscription term (for example, in month 2 of a 3-month plan), no prorated refunds will be issued.
You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the completion of services, including access to accounts (such as Google Business Profile, social media, or analytics accounts). Priority Tech Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information.
Priority Tech Solutions agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information provided by the client. All work products, including SEO strategies, content, or deliverables created during the term of the contract, are owned by the client once payment is made in full.
Priority Tech Solutions does not guarantee specific outcomes from its services, such as top rankings or immediate increases in traffic, as results depend on various external factors. The services provided are on an “as-is” basis, and Priority Tech Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Priority Tech Solutions reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
